This fall, countless photographers and creators are coming together for one purpose: a cure. Through October and November 2010 – a collection of photographers are donating their time and session fees to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation®. The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® is actively searching for a cure for breast cancer in our lifetime – and your creativity and willingness to help is going to contribute to the cause.

You don’t have to labor under the ideal anymore – you can make a difference. You can effect change in our world by doing what you do best – by utilizing your creativity, building relationships, and creating images…Images for a Cure.

Our record-breaking 2009 Images for a Cure event, benefiting The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® is getting a face-lift. New logos, new website and new plans for an even bigger 2010! With all these exciting changes taking place, we encourage you to search for a participating photographer in your area and book a session with them! Please make sure you also stop by our extensive list of sponsors and see who is supporting us to make a difference!

If you’re a client to one of our photographers, you can use this link to donate via our FirstGiving page. Once you make your donation towards our 2010 goal, please forward your receipt to your photographer to confirm your session time. Big changes are coming this year, and we couldn’t be more excited to announce our first annual Images for a Cure Spring 2011 Workshop – right here in Central Florida! If you’re a photographer, you’re welcome to join us on March 1 and 2 for an amazing 2 days of learning, motivation and parties! We are actively planning the workshop and more information will be available soon, as well as pre-registration for the event, so you’ll want to check back often!
Our 2009 event allowed us to raise nearly $13,000 for The Beast Cancer Research Foundation thanks to the participation of 239 photographers from 44 states and 3 countries. From the help of 21 amazing industry sponsors who donated nearly $32,000 in prizes and services to support our group, to the clients who booked with our photographers – we want to thank you for helping us achieve an amazing event last year!
